We approach weddings with dignity and humor, and that engages each person. A wedding should be joy-filled, participatory experience for all attending, so everyone leaves with their own relationship renewed.
We appreciate the opportunity to offer guidance, yet be flexible, open, and adventurous with a couples’ crafting of the ceremony. It is all significant because God is present and invites us into community, relationship, and love!

The Sanctuary
Step from the Narthex into the Sanctuary, a “wow”-inspiring hall built in 1905 with soaring arches and gothic detailing. Its grandeur is accentuated by ten stained-glass windows, described as “some of the finest west of the Mississippi,” and a large chandelier which illuminate the darkly wooded interior, lending it a feeling of splendor that is equal parts solemnity and warmth. The original hardwood floors offer excellent acoustics for your music. The setting communicates dignity, intimacy, and God’s glory. St. John’s is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
The Sanctuary SEATS 200 maximum.
The Chapel
Our chapel is available for smaller, intimate weddings. The chapel receives wonderful, natural light through its many windows and newly restored stained glass window.
