At St. John's, we value the commitment of our partners and guests. Because of the commitment of the finances, time, and energy of the St. John's community, we are able to provide a safe, open, and real space for all to worship and encounter God's presence. What makes St. John's special is our commitment to our kids, Harvest food pantry, and music.
Hamilton House that serves homeless mothers and children finding permanent housing for at least 800 families with children in the San Francisco Unified School District.
Through our mission giving, we commit to the following organizations and funds:
Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity & Interfaith Welcome Refugees that serve undocumented immigrants and refugee crisis around the world.
Harvest Food Pantry supply supplemental groceries to 200 clients each week as well as St. Anne’s Home. Volunteers come from not only St. John’s community, but 12 local schools as well. Most weeks, 400 lbs of potatoes, 300 lbs of onions, and 200 lbs of carrots are distributed.
